Article 1 (Application of Terms)
- 1. All accommodation agreements and related contracts concluded by the hotel shall be governed by these Terms. Matters not stipulated herein shall be governed by applicable laws and customary practices.
- 2. Reservations made via credit card shall follow these Terms; however, detailed conditions shall be subject to the agreement between the credit card company and the hotel.
- 3. The hotel may accept special agreements within the scope that does not violate the intent of these Terms, applicable laws, or customary practices.
Article 2 (Refusal of Accommodation)
The hotel may refuse accommodation in the following cases:
- 1. When the application for accommodation does not comply with these Terms
- 2. When rooms are fully booked
- 3. When a guest is deemed likely to violate laws, public order, or good morals
- 4. When a guest is clearly identified as having a contagious disease
- 5. When unreasonable compensation or demands are made
- 6. When the guest is found to be carrying pets, hazardous substances, explosives, or weapons
- 7. When accommodation is not possible due to force majeure (natural disasters, facility failure, etc.)
- 8. When accommodation is prohibited under the laws of the Republic of Korea
Article 3 (Guest Information)
Guests are required to provide the following information:
- 1. Name, gender, nationality, and occupation
- 2. Any additional information deemed necessary by the hotel
Article 4 (Registration Procedure)
Guests shall register the following information at the Front Desk on the day of arrival:
- 1. Information specified in Article 3, Paragraph 1
- 2. For foreign guests: passport number, visa type, and date of entry into Korea
- 3. For domestic guests: date of birth
- 4. Departure date
- 5. Any other information deemed necessary by the hotel
Article 5 (Check-in / Check-out Time)
- 1. Check-in time is 3:00 PM
- 2. Check-out time is 11:00 AM
- 3. Late check-out after 11:00 AM will incur an additional charge of KRW 33,000 per hour
- 4. Check-out after 4:00 PM will incur a full one-night room charge
Article 6 (Payment)
- 1. Payment shall be made at the Front Desk upon departure or upon request by the hotel, using Korean currency, traveler’s checks, coupons, or credit cards accepted by the hotel. Personal checks are not accepted.
- 2. Room charges will be applied even if the guest voluntarily chooses not to use the room after check-in.
- 3. Room rates (excluding suites) are based on the number of beds. Additional charges may apply for extra guests.
Article 7 (Cancellation and Refund Policy)
- 1. If a reservation is not confirmed or is canceled on the day of arrival, a one-night charge will be applied to guaranteed reservations.
- 2. Reservations may be modified or canceled up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
- 3. Same-day cancellations will incur a charge of 100% of one night's room rate.
Article 8 (Liability)
- 1. The hotel’s responsibility for accommodation begins when the guest completes registration at the Front Desk or is guided to the guest room, whichever occurs first, and ends upon the guest’s departure.
- 2. The hotel shall not be liable for accidents caused by the guest’s failure to comply with the hotel’s rules and regulations.
- 3. If the hotel is unable to provide accommodation after a confirmed reservation, it shall arrange alternative accommodation of equal or higher standard and compensate 100% of the first night’s room charge.
Article 9 (Room Key Card)
- 1. Guests must receive their room key card at the Front Desk upon registration and return it to the Front Desk cashier upon check-out along with payment.
- 2. In the event of loss of the key card, guests must immediately report it to the Front Desk.
- 3. If a guest checks out while retaining the key card, it must be returned promptly to the hotel by mail or other means.
